Is this actually free?
Yes, and it is not a call. A video gets recorded and sent. There is no meeting to sit through and no obligation.
What is needed to start?
A website address and a business phone number. Everything reviewed is publicly visible to any customer.
How long does it take?
Usually two to three business days. If capacity is short you will be told when to expect it rather than left waiting.
Will the business be called as a test?
Yes, outside business hours, and the video says so. Hearing what a customer gets at 7pm is the most valuable part and cannot be assessed from the outside.
What if nothing is wrong?
Then the video says so at no cost. That result happens, and issues are not manufactured.
Is there follow-up afterwards?
No sequence and no newsletter. No follow-up is sent without a reply.
