Common questions
Does everything have to be bought at once?
No. Most engagements begin with the website and lead system, then add automation once there is data showing where the hours actually go. Custom software is a separate decision.
What is the difference between agentic workflows and custom software?
Agentic workflows connect and drive tools that already exist, removing manual steps between them. Custom software is built when no product fits the process at all. Automation is cheaper and faster, so it is always tried first.
Is there a contract?
Month to month on the recurring fee. Builds are fixed-price projects. There is no minimum term.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, uptime monitoring, security updates, changes within your allowance, and keeping the automations running. It is not a retainer that quietly does nothing.
What happens if Cox & Co becomes unavailable?
Everything runs in accounts registered to your business, and every system ships with a written runbook. Another engineer can pick it up. That is the entire reason the runbook is not optional.
